The Problem

The previous design lacked a cohesive design system, with no style guide or consistent visual standards. Files were poorly organized, making collaboration and scaling difficult. Additionally, the UX research was incomplete, as the initial designer focused solely on UI elements without a comprehensive understanding of user needs and flows. This left significant gaps in functionality and user experience, creating a need for a complete overhaul to achieve a user-centered, scalable, and brand-consistent platform.

What I Did

For 2-3 months, I collaborated closely with Alen to transform Social Horse Power into an intuitive, engaging platform that met his business vision.

- Conducted a full UX audit to establish a clear redesign direction.
- Developed a cohesive design system to ensure brand consistency.
- Analyzed competitor insights and crafted wireframes and mood boards.
- Designed high-fidelity layouts with a SaaS-focused approach and created interactive prototypes.
- Facilitated design handoff, ensuring fluent implementation for Alen and his team.
