Introduction:

SecondKeys is an AI enhanced property management platform. Our Maintenance Information Assistant (MIA) takes one look at all asset records from a property and crafts a proactive maintenance schedule custom-fit for your portfolio. We do this by searching millions of OEM specifications, maintenance manuals, and real-world IoT diagnostics that will set your expected budget, detail out every repair/replacement/preventative issues you can expect and provide an overall property health report.

The Problem

As a designer for the SecondKeys website redesign, I faced the challenge of clearly communicating complex AI-driven features to a diverse audience, including property managers and maintenance staff. The existing website lacked clarity, making it difficult for users to quickly understand the platform's benefits. Organizing extensive information on maintenance schedules and diagnostics into a user-friendly interface was crucial. I had to balance detailed content with a clean design while ensuring accessibility across various devices.

The client provided the current style and asked me to make some minor adjustments to the design. So, I did just that.
